The Progress List screens are the heart of the system. This is where you record your students' progress and grades.

When you select Progress List from the main menu, the next screen displays a list of the students in your family by school year. Beside each student / year combination are two icons: one for Schedule and one for Grades. Select the appropriate icon beside the student name and year that you want to work on.

For example, suppose you have two children, Bob and Mary. You have been homeschooling Bob (and using this system) for 2007, 2008, and 2009. You just begain homeschooling Mary in 2009. The display would then show 2009/Bob, 2009/Mary, 2008/Bob, and 2007/Bob. (They are shown in reverse order by date, on the assumption that you most likely to want to work on this year or maybe last year.)

Click on the Schedule icon to go to the Schedule screen, or the Grade icon to go to the Grade screen.
